Verdigris, Oklahoma. The Company conducts its operations through an operating partnership,
Terra Nitrogen, Limited Partnership (TNLP or the Operating Partnership). Terra Nitrogen GP
Inc. (TNGP or General Partner) is the general partner of both TNCLP and TNLP and owns a
consolidated 0.05% interest in the Partnership. The General Partner is an indirect, wholly owned

beams, pilings, billets, blooms, beam blanks and plate. Principal products from the steel products
segment include steel joists and joist girders, steel deck, cold finished steel, steel fasteners, metal

acquisition of substantially all the assets of Metal Recycling Services Inc. MRS will operate

develops, manufactures and markets prescription medicines for humans and animals. It operates
in two business segments: Pharmaceutical and Animal Health. The Company also operates
several other businesses, including the manufacture of gelatin capsules, contract manufacturing
and bulk pharmaceutical chemicals. In January 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of
Coley Pharmaceutical Group, Inc., a company whose area of capability is immunotherapy with

399.5 million. The Company’s businesses can be primarily divided into voice business and
value-added business.

services through a range of wireless, fixed and broadband technologies. The VimpelCom group

offers many of its other fixed-line telecommunications and related services, and Internet services
under the Golden Telecom brand name.

oil and gas exploration and production company. It mainly engages in oil and natural gas
exploration, development, production and sales. The Company has four major oil production
areas offshore China: Bohai Bay, western South China Sea, eastern South China Sea and East
China Sea. It is an offshore oil producer in Indonesia. The Company also has certain upstream
